Since we use Bootstrap, swap the d-none class with d-block. You can change the class names as needed.

<script>
var func_devnodes_LazyLoad = function () {
    const SELECTOR_DATA_LATELOAD = '[data-devnodes="lazyload"]';
    const LateLoadItems = document.querySelectorAll(SELECTOR_DATA_LATELOAD);
    for (const elem of LateLoadItems) {
        // since I used bootstrap, I will swap the class d-none to d-block
        // to make a div visible
        elem.className = "d-block";
    }
}

//now tell browser to fire our Lazy Load function on load event.
window.addEventListener("load", func_devnodes_LazyLoad);
</script>
<div class="d-none" data-devnodes="lazyload">
    <p>This div block is loaded by simple lazy load function </p>
<div>
